- Front shoulder pain
- Throbbing ache
- Pain bending elbow against resistance
- Sometimes snapping
What does a Biceps Tendonitis feel like?
- Aching/throbbing in the front of shoulder
- Worse with lifting or repetitive use
What are common causes of Biceps Tendonitis?
- Overuse (lifting/throwing)
- Repetitive overhead activity

Red flags
- A sudden “pop” with a bulge near the elbow (Popeye deformity) suggests rupture
