Calcific Hamstring Tendinopathy
Calcific Hamstring Tendinopathy happens when a hard chalk-like buildup forms in the back of your upper leg after the area has been irritated for a long time. This can make it hurt when you run, jump, sprint, or even sit for a while. It is not caused by one big injury. Instead, it usually happens little by little after using your hamstring over and over.
