Lumbar Spondylolysis

Lumbar spondylolysis happens when a small stress fracture develops in a bone in your lower spine. This often occurs from repeated stress or overuse during sports.

  • Aching pain in the lower back
  • Pain that gets worse with activity
  • Pain when bending backward
  • Stiffness in the lower back
  • Repetitive stress from sports
  • Frequent bending backward
  • Overuse during training
  • High-impact activities
