Symptoms
  • Sudden pain near front armpit/chest
  • Bruising on chest/upper arm
  • Weakness pushing forward
What does a Pectoralis
  • Sharp pain at time of injury
  • Pain/weakness with pushing
What are common causes of Pectoralis Major Strain
  • Weightlifting (bench press)
  • Forceful pushing overload
